Terms of sale

Product: a written astrological reading, online, based on the birth data you enter. Positions are calculated by our code and the text is written by an artificial intelligence. The preview is free. The reading is meant for entertainment and personal reflection, and does not replace medical, legal or financial advice.

Price: €7.77, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code), paid once through Stripe. The equivalent in your currency appears at checkout. For adults only.

Delivery: the reading is usually written within minutes of payment. An email sent to the address given when ordering contains a link to open it. You can request two new versions per purchase.

Right of withdrawal: when paying, you ask for the reading to start immediately and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L. 221-28, 13°, of the French Consumer Code). The reading-ready email confirms this agreement.

Failure and refund: if the reading cannot be written, we notify you by email and you can restart it. If it fails again or never reaches you, write to contact@cielmap.space and we’ll refund you. The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies.

Wrong address: you can fix your address while the reading is being written. After that, write to contact@cielmap.space with the date, the amount and the last four digits of your card.

Disputes: French law applies. If a written complaint gets no answer, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [mediator’s name, address and website]. You also keep the right to go to the competent courts.

Privacy

Data controller: the publisher named above. Contact: contact@cielmap.space.

Data processed: date, time and place of birth, email address, encrypted password if you choose one, calculated chart and reading. Stripe handles payment, and we never see your full card number.

Purposes and legal bases: providing the preview and the reading (contract), accounting (legal obligation), security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

Recipients: Cloudflare (hosting, database, email, bot protection), Stripe (payment), Anthropic (writing the reading from the calculated chart, without your name or email address). These providers may process data outside the European Union, [transfer safeguards to check for each].

Retention: a preview with no account or purchase is deleted after seven days. An account and its readings stay until you delete it from your account page. Accounting records are kept for ten years.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to contact@cielmap.space. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies: only those needed for your session, access to your reading and bot protection, with no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Your browser also keeps your language, theme and a link to your latest reading.
